However, you are not required to use them in conjunction with each other. You are always free to use any lender or real estate company of your choosing.

Low-Income Housing

Allegacy Realty agents are happy to work with all income levels and strive to give all clients/customers the same exceptional service that has become synonymous with the Allegacy name. In order to show its strong commitment to serve low-to moderate-income housing needs, Allegacy Realty has increased its agents’ compensation as an additional incentive to assist clients/customers in those income levels. Allegacy Realty works closely with Allegacy Federal Credit Union’s low-income mortgage loan officer to ensure that members of modest means are assisted in purchasing their homes

Attractive Rebate Program

A rebate is provided back to clients/customers when they buy and/or sell their home using Allegacy Realty. A client must be a member of a credit union (not necessarily Allegacy Federal Credit Union) to qualify for the rebate program.
