How is the rebate calculated?
Your individual rebate can be easily calculated – multiply the real estate agent's commission on the sale price of the home by 20%. For example, if you're purchasing or selling a home for $175,000 using an Allegacy Realty agent who earns a 3% commission, your rebate would be $1,050.
